1. What is HotSpot?

HotSpot provides wireless Internet access. Wherever you see the HotSpot logo, you can get online in just a few clicks. WLAN HotSpot gives you access to your e-mail and the whole Internet, lets you chat and surf – just like on your computer at home.

2. What equipment do I need to use HotSpot?

You need a wireless enabled device – such as a laptop, smartphone or tablet PC.

3. How do I find a HotSpot location?

All locations have the HotSpot logo. If you’re planning a journey, you can locate the nearest HotSpots to your destination using our HotSpot location finder . You can search for HotSpots quickly and accurately using the zip code, city, street and country.

4. How do I use HotSpot?

Power up your laptop, smartphone or tablet PC. Check that your WLAN access is set with the standard configuration. Select the name of the network (SSID) at the HotSpot:

5. This is how you get online

Launch your Internet browser and enter any Internet address, such as First of all, the HotSpot portal opens. Enter your user name and password. Please note that these fields are case-sensitive:
